1. Using the incorrect bra size

2. You don’t drink enough water
Water is necessary for our health and happiness. Drinking plenty of water helps to cleanse the body of infections and other ailments. Drinking too little water can cause the skin to become rough and, result in sagging brєαѕтѕ.
3. Not getting exercise and having poor posture
Exercise is one of the keys to helping keep your brєαѕтѕ firm and round. It’s important to know how to exercise the chest, however, because certain backward and forward motions may reduce the amount of collagen in the brєαѕтѕ and make them sag more easily.
Be sure to provide them with ample support during your exercise sessions, particularly if they’re high impact. Also, you should maintain good posture throughout the day. Having good posture both while walking and sitting may help keep your brєαѕтѕ firm. Thus, try to keep your back straight and your chest high.
4. Consistent weight gain and loss
Your brєαѕтѕ will suffer if you gain or lose weight consistently. When the skin is stretched, it loses its flexibility. And, because the brєαѕтѕ are primarily fat, the first area you’ll notice a difference when you lose weight is in your brєαѕтѕ.
