Skin Tags:
Cause: Skin tags often occur due to friction from clothing.
Remedy: Apply a cotton ball soaked in apple cider vinegar (ACV) to the skin tag several times a day until it falls off. An alternative is using tea tree oil, though this method may take about ten days to work.
Warts:
Cause: Warts are primarily caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
Remedy: Apply ACV on the affected area and cover it with a bandage or tape, changing it twice a day. Another method is using duct tape: cover the wart with duct tape for a week, then soak in water and rub off with a pumice stone.
Moles:
Remedies:
Crushed garlic can be applied to the mole and left for four hours daily.
ACV can also be used, though it might be less effective than garlic.
Blackheads:
Prevention and Treatment: Ensure that pores are always clean. Start by opening pores with steam, then cleanse the face. After cleansing, apply 100% natural ACV as an astringent and use a moisturizer like coconut oil.
Age Spots (Liver Spots):
Cause: Often result from excessive sun exposure.
Remedy: Apply lemon juice to lighten the dark spots, as lemon acts as a bleaching agent. It’s also recommended to use plenty of sunscreen for protection.
