Ingredients
- 2.5 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 170 ml rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp lemon (the juice of it)
- 1 egg (boiled)
- ½ tsp pepper, white
- Herbs of your choice (parsley, dill, chives, garlic or similar)
Preparation
This is how it works: To make quick mayo, you need a hand blender and a cylindrical vessel whose diameter is only slightly larger than the cutting edge of the hand blender.
1. First add the rapeseed oil, lemon, egg, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar into the container.
2. Then lower the wand to the bottom of the vessel, turn it on at full speed and slowly pull it up. The mayo is basically ready.
3. At night, season with salt, pepper and sugar according to your personal taste and remember for the future for your own “tailor-made” recipe.
Tip: Depending on your personal taste, the mayo can also be pimped up with herbs.
