3. Reduce the amount of caffeine you consume.

As you get older, it’s essential to cut back on meals and caffeinated beverages, such as energy drinks and coffee, because they can act as a stimulant. Caffeine can disrupt your sleep, which can contribute to anxiety and depression. Older people are more likely to suffer from hand tremors as a result.

4. Anxiety

This is not really a habit. However, anxiety has been shown to make bones sensitive. As a result, a person may start shaking. It’s a good idea to avoid habits that can cause hand tremors, as they can interfere with your daily life, so do so.
