Trick to make crispy fries in a healthier way

Fries are great to eat at any time and can be a side dish, an appetizer, a main dish with another ingredient on top and you can season them as you like. But, you can do it without using lots of oil as you did before, you can do it in a healthier way.

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients

– 1 kg of potatoes
– 2 egg whites and seasonings to taste (it can be Provencal, paprika
– ground pepper
– salt
– rosemary, the one you like the most

Instruction

– Gather all ingredients

– Peel and cut the potatoes

Peel the potatoes, wash them and then cut them into the format that you like best. We recommend that you do it in sticks, slices or very thin cubes.

– Mix the egg whites

Mix the 2 egg whites in a bowl and season them with the ingredients you have chosen.

– Join the potatoes and mix

Mix the cut potatoes with the egg and seasoning mixture. Once everything is well integrated, place verything in a roasting pan or a baking tray on which you will place baking paper on top.

– In the oven!

Once you have the ingredients mixed and placed on the baking paper in the mold or tray, now place it in the oven and cook them for 8 to 10 minutes.

– Remove from the oven and put back

Once they have been in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes and they have started to cook, take them out of the oven and remove the paper from the base. Don’t be worried if they stick to you a little, you can easily peel them off. And now you must
