Who broke this vase? Only 3% chose the right person and can justify their choice! The culprit betrays one detail

Who broke this vase?

Character A – one of the twins

The boy seems to be the one who is most interested in the event. He is watching the misfortune closely and is aware of the gravity of the situation. He does not smile or look worried. He is rather surprised and concerned. Two siblings, the oldest sister and twin brother, smile and look at him as if they know he has a conscience. Also, the mother looks at him and it seems that he is most suspect.

Character B – oldest daughter

The girl is the oldest and at the same time the smartest of the siblings. If it was her who smashed the vase, she would probably want to blame someone else. It is possible that she blames A because she looks at him and laughs. She probably knows that the boy is the main suspect, so his behavior is to raise even more suspicions of his mother. It can also speak to her that she stands farthest from the broken vase, as if she wanted to be cut off from the case.

Character C – the second of the twins

The boy behaves just like the oldest sister. He looks at his twin brother suspiciously, pointing in the other’s direction. He holds his hands in his pockets and looks relaxed as though he was innocent. Is it really that, or is he just trying to make that impression? Or maybe he broke the vase with the oldest sister and has an agreement with her? Character C stands quite close to the vase, which may suggest that he did not do anything or really he did hit the vase and intentionally approached the broken pottery to distract himself from suspicion.

Character D – the youngest sister

The girl is clearly disturbed and frightened by the whole situation. She hides behind her mother as if she was afraid of bad consequences. Perhaps she knows that the truth will soon come to light and is afraid that the parent will firmly punish her. She is the youngest and probably the clumsiest, which may suggest that she is the culprit. Maybe she wants to admit it, but she only fears the punishment. She does not smile and just like Character A, looks gravely at the broken pot.

Or maybe the riddle is fixed and the vase was smashed by the mother? Why, however, would she blame the innocent children? Most Internet users do not take the woman’s attention seriously, betting that the vase was smashed by the boy marked with the letter A. This is what about 40% of people thought. The second most popular offender is the frightened girl with the letter D. In the next place is the twin with the letter C, and the least often pointed is the oldest sister. Almost no one suspects the mother.

The mother is indeed innocent. She just tries to find the perpetrator and has no connection with the case. The vase was smashed by one of the twins – the boy with the letter C. Why was it him? Let’s point out his hand put in his pockets. When children lie, they usually hide their hands behind their back, while adults put their hands in their pockets. This boy apparently feels more mature than he looks. Hiding one’s hands builds a barrier between interlocutors. This is a favorite gesture of people who do not want to participate in the conversation or want to hide something. Sometimes it is a defensive reaction caused by stress.

Many people think that the person with their hands in their pockets is relaxed. Nothing of the sort. He is insecure, upset and totally disinterested in the matter. The guilty character with the letter C indicates something else. The boy’s right hand is reddened and the trouser pocket is clearly darker. Probably blood. Maybe the kid wanted to get rid of the broken parts and hurt his right hand. To hide it, he put both of his hands in his pocket and took a laid-back position.

Only 10% of people correctly identify the perpetrator, and only 3% can justify the choice. Are you one of the lucky ones? If so, praise this in the comments.
