Why shouldn’t you sleep on the same pillowcase 2 days in a row?

How often should you change your pillowcase?
Pillowcases should be washed or changed regularly. Some experts recommend changing pillowcases every other day. In contrast, others recommend doing it once a week and washing them in the warmest environment possible to kill microbes and allergens .
