Two old women were out driving in a large car, both could Barely see over the dashboard. As they were cruising along, they came to an intersection. The stoplight was red, but they just went on through.
The woman in the passenger seat thought to herself “I must be losing it. I could have sworn we just went through a red light. ”After a few more minutes, they came to another intersection and The light was red again. Again, they went right through. The woman in the passenger seat was almost sure that the light had been red but was really concerned that she was losing it. She was getting nervous. At the next intersection, sure enough, the light was red and they went on through. So, she turned to the other woman and said, “Mildred, do you know that we just ran through three red lights in a row? You could have killed us both!”
After a tiring day, a young lady settled down in her local train seat and closed her eyes.
As the train rolled out of the station, the guy sitting next to her, pulled out his cell phone and started talking in a loud voice.
“Hi Sweetheart, it’s Mike I’m on the Train.
Yes, I know it’s Six thirty and not four thirty, but I had A Long Meeting.
No, honey, I was not with Paula from the Accounts Office, I was with the Boss attending the meeting.
No Sweetheart,
You’re the only one in My life
Yes, I’m sure dear.”
Fifteen minutes later, he was still talking loudly.
When the Young Woman sitting next to him had enough, she leaned over and said into the phone.
“Darling, hang up the phone and come back to bed.”
Now, mike is back from the hospital and doesn’t use his cell phone in Public Any Longer!
